Because, beyond the perfection of an object there is research and a deep knowledge of materials, those materials Fedra loves so much, like, glass, wood, iron, leather, marble, but also, the new ones, like methacrylate. And, furthermore, a good knowledge of the most modern technologies, as required by the design world.

Everything has made with a very attention to the details. A times, her handworks come from a recovery, turning it into something new in shape, color and using.

Since I was a child, I used to play on the beach, with stones, I tried to draw the feature of the rooms to furnish them with other stones and algae .”

Art school , construction engineering and industrial design at IED of Milan. A curriculum that shows in her young playing, Fedra Villa was serious. In fact, just degreed, she starts working at an architect dealing with internal renovation and customized design. This important experience leads her to open a design studio where she is in charge with renewal and customized design where, everything she realizes comes from passion, curiosity in creating something unique, like wonderful table Meta Nouveau she has recently presented at Salone del mobile in Milan, with a great success.

“I have ever liked beautiful things, firstly if they have something special.
For this reason I have created by myself, some creatures for my home, deciding later, to make them available for purchase.”

Fedra Villa is now working in a team with architects, designers, geometricians, craftsmen and decorators, accredited professionals with whom a strong synergy has been created.

“I also use to work at home, not only in office and everywhere, because, when I walk by, my head has captured by everything I can see around, and, often, even a tiny detail is important to suggest an object, a complement furniture.”
